Casting Shop
At Metal Khouzstan, we are capable of forming structures as big as 1000 Kg in our casing shop in order to make our projects cost efficient and time effective.
Our casting shop is equipped to manufacture products of different material including Aluminum, Bronze, Cast Iron and many more.
Quality Assurance
Our company is dedicated to pursuit the zero-defect product goal. We have implemented a Quality Control (ISO based) system to continuously monitor our products throughout the fabrication process. The QC department is organized by an experienced and intelligent team of experts who are in charge to make sure that the final products are regulated based on the international standards, and meet the consumer’s satisfaction.
ASSEMBELING
Over the course of 5 decades, Metal Khouzestan has engineered a multitude of assembly systems in a wide variety of market segments. We have assembled products that range in size from millimeters to meters, and grams to hundreds of kilograms. Our qualified personnel are capable of handling any assembly projects regardless of their size. In addition to our diverse project scales, the high level 2-D designing and outstanding inspection capabilities of our company sets us to be the perfect choice for your next automated assembly machine.
Welding
Metal Khouzestan provides fabrication services for a wide variety of industrial parts. Most of the welding projects are done in our workshop by skilled technician.
All works are checked by our welding supervisor to ensure that the final jobs’ quality meet the international standards. Some of the welding capabilities are: Powdr, Argon and CO2
Metal Finishing
Metal Khouzestan has developed strong
relationships with the leading metal finishing contractors in the province. From plating or anodizing to chrome coating and metal spraying, we can manage to make the Finishing process as cost effective as possible. Our suppliers provide finishes that meet the current industry standards. Today, our company has established enough skills to process some of metal coatings such as Babbitt metal on different bearings, and hardening processes in our very own workshop.
